On October 5, 2024, on the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Cadre Academy (HCA), the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (CEA-HCM) collaborated with the Academy to organize the ceremony of announcing the decision and awarding the certificate of educational institution accreditation.
The ceremony took place in a joyful atmosphere, attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan; Member of the Party Central Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Le Thang Loi, Acting Director of Southern Education and Training Development Center, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Education and Training in Ho Chi Minh City.
Representing CEA-HCM was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, Director of CEA-HCM. From the HCA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tan Phat, City Party member, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Academy, were present. During the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam presented the certificate to the Academy
