On the morning of October 5, 2024, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) celebrated the Opening Ceremony of the new academic year 2024-2025, and the 92nd Anniversary of the foundation of the university. On this occasion, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (CEA-HCM) collaborated with the HCMUTE to announce the decision and award the certificate of training quality accreditation for 17 undergraduate programs, including: Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Machine Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Funiture and Wood Technology, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Automotive Engineering Technology, Thermal Engineering Technology, Renewable Energy, Electrical and Technology, Food Technology, Electronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Constructi on Management, Transp ortati on Engineering, Architecture, Material Technology
The ceremony was honored to welcome Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, President of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund; and Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc, Director of Department, Head of the Southern Regional Representative Office of the Central Propaganda Department.
Representing the CEA-HCM was Dr. Nguyen Duc Nghia. From HCMUTE, Dr. Truong Thi Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hieu Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Acting President of the university, were present.
