On the afternoon of April 7, 2022, Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) announced and awarded the decision to appoint Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (CEA-HCM). The Board of Directors of VNU-HCM, leaders and officials of member units and affiliated units of VNU-HCM attended.
At the ceremony, MSc. Tran Thi To Uyen – Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of VNU-HCM announced the Decision of the Director of VNU-HCM appointing Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam to hold the position of Director of CEA-HCM.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Hai Quan – Party Committee Secretary, Director of VNU-HCM congratulated CEA-HCM on its completion; congratulated Associate Professor Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam on being trusted and appointed by the Party Committee and leaders of VNU-HCM to hold the leadership position of CEA-HCM.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Hai Quan emphasized that the appointment of the Director of CEA-HCM aims to perfect the organizational structure, creating a driving force to promote the development and growth of the leadership team of VNU-HCM in the coming time. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Hai Quan also requested and expected that the appointed leaders always maintain their political qualities, steadfastness, constantly strive, practice, and improve their professional knowledge and management skills. At the same time, he requested that the collective leadership, officers and employees of CEA-HCM always be of one mind, unanimous, and united to effectively carry out strategic tasks, promote important core values to build a strong and comprehensive unit, excellently complete assigned tasks; integrate and raise international standards.
In her acceptance speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam sincerely thanked the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of VNU-HCM and colleagues for their trust during her time working. At the same time, she promised and affirmed that she would always strive, constantly learn, and try harder in her work; maintain moral qualities and political courage; inherit past achievements, actively accept contributions; be proactive, creative, not afraid of difficulties; create collective solidarity to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
The new Director of CEA-HCM also hopes to continue receiving attention and support from the leaders of VNU-HCM, and the coordination of leaders, officers and employees of affiliated units of VNU-HCM in performing assigned tasks.
