On August 28th, 2026, the VNU-HCM Center for Education Accreditation in collaboration with Dong Thap University, organized a preliminary site visit for the external quality assessment of 02 undergraduate programs and 04 graduate programs in accordance with the set of standards for assessing the quality of higher education programs promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training under Circular No. 04/2025/TT-BGDĐT. The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.
As part of the preliminary site visit, the Assessment Team reviewed the self-assessment reports and supporting evidence of the programs and met with the leaders of relevant units to discuss and agree on the arrangements and requirements for the official site visit.
At the conclusion of the preliminary site visit, representatives of VNU-HCM Center for Education Accreditation, the Assessment Team and Dong Thap University signed a Memorandum of Understanding following the preliminary site visit, agreeing on the arrangements for the official site visit, including the survey plan and schedule, additional supporting evidence to be provided, the groups of stakeholders to be interviewed, and the units and locations to be surveyed. These arrangements aim to ensure that the external assessment is conducted seriously, consistently, and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
