On the morning of September 22, 2025, at the Office of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, the Center for Education Accreditation – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (CEA-VNUHCM) solemnly held the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three strategic partners: Veron Group JSC, VIET Transformation Advisors Co., Ltd. (VIET TA), and Thinking School Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam – Director of CEA-VNUHCM, Prof. Dr. David Sven – General Director of VIET TA, Dr. Duong Van Thinh – Vice President in charge of Artificial Intelligence Technology, VERON Group, Mr. Đang Quang Ty – Executive Director of VERON Group, Dr. Vu The Dung – Director of Thinking School Vietnam, together with distinguished delegates, guests, and the entire staff of CEA-VNUHCM.
In her opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, Director of CEA-VNUHCM, emphasized that this signing ceremony is not only a significant milestone in CEA-VNUHCM ’s development strategy but also demonstrates its vision for international integration and its effort to strengthen connections with pioneering organizations in research, consultancy, and educational innovation. She highlighted that this collaboration is built upon three core elements: complementarity, as each partner brings unique strengths; a long-term vision, aiming toward the development of Vietnamese higher education for 2030 and beyond; and practicality with measurable outcomes, ensuring that today’s agreements will be translated into concrete actions that bring positive and sustainable impacts to the higher education system in Vietnam.
Representatives of the partners also shared their expectations for this collaboration.
Dr. Duong Van Thinh from VERON Group stated that partnering with CEA-VNUHCM will contribute to spreading technological and modern governance solutions, thereby improving the efficiency of accreditation and higher education development.
Prof. Dr. David Sven from VIET TA emphasized that this marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration to promote digital transformation, governance innovation, and the implementation of advanced educational programs, ultimately contributing to elevating the position of Vietnamese education regionally and globally.
Dr. Vu The Dung from Thinking School Vietnam highlighted the importance of critical thinking and liberal education philosophy. He expressed his hope that this collaboration will expand research and training networks, foster innovative learning communities, and strengthen connections among universities, businesses, and society.
Following the speeches, representatives of the four units proceeded to sign the Memorandum of Understanding in a solemn atmosphere. The parties reached an agreement to strengthen cooperation in research, consultancy, training, and human resource development; share resources and connect experts in the fields of accreditation, digital transformation, governance, and educational innovation; and to jointly implement specific initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of higher education and contributing to the sustainable development of the community.
As a pioneering institution in accreditation and educational quality assurance, CEA-VNUHCM continuously strives to raise standards and promote a culture of quality in higher education and teacher training institutions. This collaboration with strategic partners represents an important step forward, contributing to the modernization of accreditation practices by linking accreditation with digital transformation, research, and educational consultancy.
