VNU \u2013 HCM Center for Education Accreditation has issued the Regulations on training for accreditor of higher education and pedagogical college, attached to Decision No. 76\/QD-TTKD dated May 22<\/span>nd<\/span>, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rights and responsibilities of involved groups (excerpted from the accreditor professional training Regulation)<\/span><\/p>\n

Rights of Trainee:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) Be provided with information about the program, content, learning methods, and assessment<\/span><\/p>\n

b) Receive the benefits and policies related to trainee as per the current regulations of the State and the Center (if any).<\/span><\/p>\n

c) Take leave from training with valid reasons (must submit a leave application and obtain approval from the Center).<\/span><\/p>\n

d) Retain study results as per the Center’s regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

e) In case of being ineligible for final assessment, to have the option reviewed by the Center’s Director to reserve the training fee for makeup classes in the next course.<\/span><\/p>\n

f) Give opinions to the Center regarding content, curriculum, teaching methods, and class management; to propose desires or complaints to the Center to resolve issues related to the legitimate rights and interests of trainees.<\/span><\/p>\n

g) Be issued a certificate of completion of the training program when meeting the specified conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Trainee:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) Adhere to these regulations and the regulations of the training course.<\/span><\/p>\n

b) Pay tuition fees as per the content in the enrollment announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n

c) Participate in all classes of the training course.<\/span><\/p>\n

d) Participate in class discussions and exchanges as required by instructors and the training course.<\/span><\/p>\n

e) Complete all practical exercises, tests, exams; to fully participate in field practice, internship activities as specified by the training course.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of the Centre:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Advise on the construction and improvement of regulations for organizing and managing training programs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Develop schedules, implementation plans for courses, class schedules, assessments, evaluations according to the plan.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Be responsible for managing, assigning instructors, and organizing training for instructors participating in the training program.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Operate classes, and trainees according to assigned tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Responsibilities of instructors:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Develop lectures, exercises, and practical exercises ensuring full coverage of the teaching content of the assigned course, and ensuring teaching hours as assigned in the schedule.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Guide trainees during field practice and internship.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Participate in creating exams, test questions, and assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Answer trainee inquiries during the learning process, assessments, evaluate study results according to the Center’s regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
